Doordarshan Mumbai All Set for the Award Function

On 29th March,  DDK Mumbai was once again glittering and was witnessed  in an active mode. Celebs and VIPs from the Sindhi community had come to attend a special EVENT "Sahydri- Sahyog -Sindhu"awards organised by DD Sahyadri. On this  occasion 9  Sindhi Women who have excelled in various fields were honoured.

The chief Guest of the Evening was the Evergreen He Man of Bollywood Dharmendra. Veteran Parliamentarian Ram Jethmalani presided over the function. Others Celebs present at the award function were Ramesh Sippy (Of Sholey Fame), Arjun Hingorani (Ace Producer Director), Prahlaj Nihlani,Music Director Kalyanji Bhai and Ram Jawahrani of Sahyog Foundation.

The Musical evening had  Sindhi Ghajals from Ghanshyam Vaswani and others.
The icing on the cake was the felicitation of Shri Mukesh Sharma Addl DG DD by the Sindhi community with a Shawl and Traditional Sindhi Cap.
