Doordarshan continues to perform its role as the Public Broadcaster. The finals of the on going reality show on Indian Classical Music are being recorded at DDK Mumbai.

 Shabana Azmi is the host of this show enitled Naad Bhed or The Mystery of the Sound. Altogether 78 participants have been selected after the semi final rounds at Kolkata & Chennai. Spic Macy has joined hands with DD to CO Produce Naad Bhed.

The judges are all Padma award-es. From Hari Prasad Chaurasia, Kiran Seth of SPIC Macay, Pt Shiv Kumar Sharma, Prabha Atre, Girija Devi, Prof TN Krishnan, Shri R Srikantan..oh the list is endless. 

Judges of Naad Bhed

The show carries a total prize money of 40 lakhs for the lucky winners. There will be altogether 25 Episodes in final rounds.. Naad Bhed will be T/C shortly on DD National.
